Making Ice Cream

well, I am giving it a try again, making icecream that is...we made some the other day and I used honey and apple juice,eggs and cream...it was ok, nothing to write home about, but tonight we are making some with 2 cups cream, 1 1/2 cups unsweetened OJ, 3 Tablespoons honey, and a cup of unflavored, unsweetened yoghurt...it is in the mixer now. I am using the electric one, I have been grinding wheat for days now and my shoulder is tender...but we use so much flour and I figure, why not let the electric crank that baby for a while... It is just about ready, and I am gonna get off here and take it out of the maker and put it in the freezer...it hope it is good.
