I saw this english muffin recipe on muffinrecipes.net and decided to try them. I will let you all know how they turned our and try and post a pic too. They seem almost too easy to be good, lol!
Ok, This recipe was super easy, BUT it said to divide dough into 6 pieces to make 6 english muffins, but I divided it into 8 and they were still pretty good size. Almost too big for english muffins. The don't have tons of "big nooks and crannies" but they have a pretty nice texture and are easy enought to make, so I give it a two thumbs up. I also like the fact that this recipe didn't make "way to many" ...as I like to make my bread products fresh and hate to make to many of one thing, as the kids and hubby get tired of eating it.
